Experienced leader with over 25 years of expertise in developing and implementing comprehensive facilities maintenance plans and paving strategies from inception. Proficient in all aspects of asphalt lifecycle management, including asphalt maintenance, seal coating, crack sealing, parking lot striping, concrete work, exterior property education, and construction management.

Christopher Ninow is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in management and sales. With a proven track record in handling a diverse array of projects, Christopher brings a wealth of expertise to his role. He excels in sales, contributing significantly to the company's growth and success. His experience extends beyond Utah, managing projects and driving sales across various regions. Outside of work, Christopher enjoys boating, camping, and golf, reflecting his adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors.

Joshua T. Liddiard is a Project Manager at Go Pave Utah. As a dedicated father of three who has been with his girlfriend for over 18 years, Joshua brings a positive attitude and a commitment to providing customers with a great experience. With 21+ years at a brick manufacturing company, he has held various roles including manufacturing, packaging, inventory control, loading, grinding clay operator, warehouse lead, purchasing, front counter sales, traffic manager, and customer service representative. His key responsibilities involve ensuring customers receive a quality experience from start to finish. Always willing to help, Joshua is an invaluable team member. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, ATV riding, fishing, art, graffiti art, appreciating nice cars, and listening to good music. Joshua's education includes high school and some college coursework.

Lucas Spackman is a Project Specialist with 3 years of experience at Go Pave Utah. He has spent his entire career in the construction industry, working in various roles with both local and out-of-state construction companies on city projects and box retail centers. His responsibilities include meeting with customers on-site, walking through their properties, putting together estimates, scheduling and managing projects, and sending invoices. Lucas has also worked as a driver dispatcher for a building supply company and as an office administrator. He studied communications at BYU Idaho and Ensign College. In his free time, Lucas enjoys going to rodeos with his wife, helping with the Weber County Fair, watching Texas Longhorns football, cheering on the LA Angels, and spending quality time with his family.

Bracken Allen Everson has been with Go Pave Utah for a little over a year, starting as a project manager and recently moving into a dual role that includes sales. His main responsibility is finding solutions for his customers, aiming to be their go-to person for anything related to asphalt and concrete. Bracken ensures they receive a high-quality product and service. With a solid background in project management, Bracken contributes significantly to the team. He holds a high school diploma and is currently pursuing a degree in business management. Outside of work, Bracken enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and playing sports, with football and basketball being his favorites.

Katie Andersen is the dedicated Office Administrator who keeps our office running smoothly. With 20 years of office administration experience and extensive involvement in customer and vendor relations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Katie holds various business administration certificates, as well as real estate and appraiser certifications. Known for her resourcefulness and practical skills." Outside of work, Katie loves hosting parties, trying new recipes, embarking on family adventures, and collecting quilts.

Michelle Chambers is the General Manager at Go Pave, bringing extensive experience in leadership, operations, business development, and team management. She oversees daily operations, supports the sales and project teams, and works to improve processes that keep projects organized, efficient, and profitable. Known for her problem-solving skills and ability to create structure, Michelle helps keep teams aligned, accountable, and focused on delivering exceptional results.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with her two boys.

Alyx Ruybal is the Engagement Director at Go Pave Utah, where she oversees company events, industry involvement, and community engagement initiatives. She works closely with leadership and marketing to strengthen relationships, enhance company culture, and create meaningful connections that support business growth.

From coordinating events and managing inbound leads to supporting onboarding and internal systems, Alyx helps keep operations organized, people-focused, and aligned with company goals. Outside of work, she enjoys music, especially emo and pop punk, and spending time with her family.

Travis Williams is a seasoned sales consultant with a background in formal education and marketing. His goal is to guide customers to outcomes that most benefit their needs, and their budget. Travis brings the ability to teach and inform, enabling him to build strong relationships with everyone he works with. Determining a customer's end goal and finding the solutions to help them get there is one of his favorite parts of working in sales. Outside of work, you can find Travis skiing, camping, hiking, or golfing.

Argelia keeps everything behind the scenes running smoothly, from managing vendor and material invoicing to coordinating COIs, W-9s, and contractor license requests. She also ensures subcontractor compliance, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to her work. With her focus on learning and growth, Argelia believes that positivity and good energy make even the smallest tasks meaningful.

Outside of work, Argelia is a self-proclaimed homebody who loves coffee, winter, Legos, socks, plants, and all things cozy. She enjoys drawing and painting, spending time outdoors, and finding gratitude in the little things.

Matias Guzman is an experienced engineer with a strong background in facility management, construction, and large-scale industrial projects. He has worked on complex operations ranging from mining infrastructure in South America to comprehensive maintenance and service programs in the U.S. Known for his attention to detail, strategic planning, and ability to integrate innovative solutions, Matias plays a key role in supporting Renaissance Services’ growth and success. His expertise spans engineering design, project planning, and operational management, always with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient results for clients.

Leo is Pre Construction & Quality Control. He is an experienced civil engineer with an MBA in Project Management and over six years of experience in capital projects and large-scale construction delivery. He has worked on complex operations ranging from infrastructure and energy projects in South America to preconstruction and quality control in the U.S. His core expertise includes project scheduling, cost control, risk assessment, and technical compliance, with a practical focus on cost estimating, competitive bidding, and quality assurance.

Outside of work, Leonardo is originally from Brazil, he loves exploring new places, enjoys sports, especially soccer, and values spending time with his wife and friends.

Gustavo is the Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Go Pave Utah, where he supports lead management, customer engagement, and marketing initiatives. From managing inbound leads and customer communications to creating marketing materials, he helps strengthen the company's presence and support business growth.

He also oversees software systems and backend platforms, helping keep operations organized and efficient. Originally from Brazil, Gustavo enjoys spending time with his son and listening to EDM music.

Alex Angam is the Sales Department Project Manager at Go Pave, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the asphalt industry. He works closely with clients to assess pavement needs, develop solutions, and oversee projects from planning through completion. With extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience, Alex is skilled at troubleshooting pavement issues and helping customers find the right approach for projects of all sizes, from residential driveways to large commercial parking lots.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys river running, weightlifting, cycling, and spending time with his two herding dogs, Bear and Poe.

Aspen is the Accounting Coordinator at Go Pave Utah, where she manages invoicing, billing, subcontractor setup, and project documentation. She works closely with Project Specialists to keep projects moving forward, helping with scheduling, invoice processing, and resolving issues that may impact job progress.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, shopping, reading, and watching horror movies. She also loves chai lattes, fall, animals, anime, and 3D printed fidget toys.

Introducing Brownie, the paw-some addition to our asphalt team! With a nose for quality that rivals the best in the business, Brownie ensures every project meets his high standards—sniff by sniff. When he's not inspecting the pavement or chasing after stray leaves, you can find him lounging in the sun, dreaming of the perfect stretch of road. His favorite pastime? Barking at construction equipment and making sure everyone stays on their toes. Brownie’s keen sense of smell and relentless dedication make him an invaluable member of our team.
